This Risk Disclosure Statement forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terms and Conditions. It does not describe every risk of trading and is not a substitute for independent professional advice.
1. Purpose of This Statement
Trading in foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. This Statement sets out the material risks involved so that you can make an informed decision about whether to trade. You should not open an account or place any trade until you have read and understood this Statement in full.
2. General Trading Risk
The value of the instruments offered on the Platform can move rapidly against you as well as in your favor. You may sustain a total loss of the funds you deposit, and in some circumstances may owe more than you deposited, except to the extent negative balance protection applies to your account type as described in Section 5. Past performance of any instrument, strategy, or market is not a reliable indicator of future results.
3. Leverage and Margin Risk
Leverage allows you to control a position larger than your account balance. This magnifies gains, but it magnifies losses by the same proportion, and losses can accumulate more quickly than in unleveraged trading. If your account equity falls to the margin call level, you will be asked to add funds or reduce your positions. If it falls further, to the stop-out level, the Platform may automatically close your positions to limit further loss; this may happen at a worse price than you expected, particularly in fast-moving markets, and you are responsible for monitoring your own margin level rather than relying on the Platform to act in time.
4. Market Risk
Volatility and Gapping: Prices can move sharply, including between the close of one trading session and the open of the next, or around scheduled news events. A stop-loss or other order may be executed at a materially different price than instructed when this occurs.
Slippage: Orders may be filled at a different price than requested, especially during periods of high volatility or low liquidity.
Liquidity: At times, it may be difficult to open or close a position at a desired price, or at all, due to reduced market liquidity.
5. Client Funds and the Liquidity Provider
The Company does not itself hold or custody client funds. When you deposit funds, they are received, held, and managed by the Company's Liquidity Provider, and the Liquidity Provider remits amounts owed to the Company in connection with the Services. This means that, in addition to the trading risks described above, you are exposed to the operational and financial soundness of the Liquidity Provider, including the risk that a delay, error, or insolvency on the part of the Liquidity Provider could delay your access to funds or affect the amount recoverable.
Negative balance protection, where applied, is provided in accordance with the policies of the Liquidity Provider and may vary by account type and jurisdiction. You should confirm the current position for your account type before trading and should not assume it applies unless expressly confirmed to you in writing.
No investor compensation scheme, deposit insurance scheme, or equivalent protection applies to funds held in connection with the Services. If the Liquidity Provider is unable to meet its obligations, you may not recover the full value of your funds.
6. Technology and Platform Risk
Trading depends on the availability and correct functioning of the Platform, your internet connection, and third-party systems outside the Company's control. Outages, latency, or technical faults can prevent you from placing, modifying, or closing orders at the time you intend, and can result in losses that would not have occurred had the disruption not taken place.
7. Third-Party and Force Majeure Risk
The Company relies on third parties, including the Liquidity Provider, payment processors, and identity verification providers, to deliver the Services. Delays, errors, or failures on the part of any of these third parties, and events beyond the Company's reasonable control as described in the Terms and Conditions, can affect your ability to fund, trade on, or withdraw from your account.
8. No Advice and No Guarantee
The Company does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing on the Platform or in its communications should be treated as a recommendation. The Company does not guarantee any level of profit or protection against loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for assessing whether trading is suitable for your financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance, and you should seek independent professional advice if you are in any doubt.

By opening an account, you confirm that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure Statement, that you are aware trading involves a high risk of loss, and that you are trading with funds you can afford to lose.
